Upgrade to ProStaking means locking tokens to support a PoS network's security and earning rewards. ETH staking on the Beacon Chain requires 32 ETH and earns ~4-5% APR. Liquid staking protocols (Lido, Rocket Pool) let you stake any amount and receive a liquid staking derivative (stETH, rETH) that can be used in DeFi while still earning staking rewards.
