Upgrade to ProPaymasters are contracts that sponsor gas fees for users. This enables: gasless transactions (dApps pay gas for their users), paying gas in any ERC-20 token (not just ETH), and subscription models. Bundlers aggregate UserOperations into regular Ethereum transactions, similar to how block builders work. Together, they enable UX patterns impossible with EOAs: social recovery (friends can help recover your wallet), multi-sig with flexible rules, session keys (limited permissions for dApps), and batched transactions (multiple actions in one click).
